Step 1: Schedule a 15-minute call.

An initial call gives us both a chance to make sure your situation and objectives match our expertise. Your call will be with firm founder Ted Erhart. The discussion will focus on what you’re trying to achieve and how your financial situation looks today at a high level. The primary goal of this call is to determine if our specialization is in alignment with your needs.

Step 2: Discovery Meeting

The next step is gathering the detailed facts. We’ll provide a list of financial data for you to assemble ahead of time. During this 30-60 minute meeting (in-person or virtually), we’ll dial-in your retirement objectives and identify any missing information needed to move ahead. This deeper discussion will provide the foundation for which we prepare your assessment.

Step 3: Review Your Assessment

Once the assessment is complete, we’ll meet one more time to review our findings. In plain language, we’ll explain where we see opportunities and potential planning strategies to optimize your retirement plan.

Make Your Decision Without Pressure

As part of the last meeting, we’ll describe the next steps and our pricing if you decide to engage with us. But we will NOT ask you to make an immediate decision. Our firm is looking for a limited number of long-term relationships, not a quick transaction. Therefore, we’ll encourage you to think it over and make a decision without pressure.
